    I am really excited to announce a new addition to the Ricambi family!

    As many of you know, one of the things that really drives me is customer service. Sure, sometimes we at Ricambi screw-up, but most of the time we bend over backwards to "do the right thing" and serve our customers the way we like to be served as Ferrari owners ourselves. We have always tried to build "excess capacity" into our business: whether its an inventory level, website enhancement, or just a new product we're egging Hill Engineering to produce, we strive to be ready for our customers before they call.

    To achieve that next level of service, I am pleased to announce that Mike Minehart has joined the Ricambi America team. Mike has relocated to Winston-Salem from Washington DC, where he worked for Ferrari of Washington, gaining extensive knowledge of Ferrari, Maserati, and Lamborghini parts. From his support of several Ferrari Challenge teams, to his cutting-edge parts orientation on cars like the Ferrari Scuderia and Lamborghini Reventón, Mike brings a new level of experience to Ricambi America.

    In addition to his involvement in Ricambi's Ferrari parts business, Mike will help launch the new 'Ricambi Lamborghini' division. After listening to our customers, we are anxious to bring our unparalleled level of customer service to Lamborghini owners and repair professionals worldwide. Over the next few weeks, Mike will spearhead the roll-out of fully exploded Lamborghini parts diagrams on our website, and be the primary contact for any Lambo inquires and orders. From clutches to mufflers, from carbon fiber to floor mats, he'll be the contact.

    As a dealership employee, you can be certain that Mike was previously an Fchat lurker. Now, on the other side of the table, I hope you'll welcome him to the community as a great technical resource. He can be directly reached here via mike-dot-minehart-at-ricambiamerica.com (obviously you need to format that properly!) and on the phone via 336-499-2500 x107.

    As an interesting side note, when he saw our internal computer systems, he commented "damn, that's actually easier to use and way more useful than the Ferrari or Lamborghini systems!". Kudos to David (Ricambi West) for programming most of it from scratch :)


    I'm really excited to have Mike on the Ricambi team, and I'm confident you'll enjoy having him here too.

    I want to thank everyone for the warm welcome to Fchat and Ricambi America. It was hard before to avoid FerrariChat, but as an employee of a Ferrari dealership I had to try to keep away from the forums as much as possible. However, I am very excited to finally be a part of this great message board system.

    I am looking forward to helping all of you with all of your Ferrari, and possibly Maserati or Lamborghini, parts and accessory needs. As "dsd" put it best I am the man and will prove it to all of you soon enough.

    BTW Dave I will miss Ashburn (and the bagels at Ashburn Bagel) but will not miss my 4 mile, 25 minute commute down Waxpool Rd.

    We will be serving all Lamborghini parts from vintage (Miura, Jalpa, Countach..etc) to the newer generation (Gallardo, Murice, LP560 , LP640..etc)
