    Shopping at lowes on a saturday is one of my least favorite things to do but.....last week I spied this absolutely beautiful 308 sitting in the parking lot-Since this is my dream car, I took a few shots. This car looked new. True testament to who ever owns it.

    I was going to ask the same thing. I noticed the Best Buy "Tower" to the right of the 2nd picture. So it looks like we have another car in the Gainesville area. I'll keep my eyes open for that one too!

    I live in great falls and Mr. Arenas lives right on georgetown pike. Sometimes the maybach is parked in the driveway and I always wondered who lived there, now I know, confirmed by county property records. However, I cannot understand why he would do such a thing with a mercedes because all he had to do was call road side assistance, which is free to all mercedes owners, regardless of age or miles. Oh well, I guess a phone call to the fire department was easier than road side assistance because he just wanted his keys now. I don't want to even guess how much that window cost (but for him, its peanuts, but really stupid). BTW - he does have an old 60's red classic U.S. car, it looks like a chevy impala, but not sure.

    I meant to post this over the weekend, but I too saw a Yellow 550 on an open car carrier. It was one of those 3 car carriers that slant up over the Heavy Duty Pickup that's hauling it. It was on Rt. 66 going westbound after the 234 By-pass around 5:00 PM on Friday.

    The front bumper of the 550 looked like it had some damage or something to it, because there was a big white area on it.

    Robert-that is the Lowes in gainesville-sorry for the delay in getting back to the board. I originally thought it was John Rogers car-I remember seeing it at the last Classic on the James-but it had Texas plates.

    I still have no idea what that tower is for? What a waste of money!! I mean if it had a clock or something or even if it brought light into the store...oh well.

    Found a red 348 a couple hundred yards from my hose on the side of River Road. Stopped, backed up, the driver was there on the apron of a driveway. I can't remember his name now. He lives close and lost his clutch and couldn't make it home which is close. He said he has a 328 also.

    He said FoW was on the way. I was on my way to a meeting in Annapolis so I couldn't afford him the comfort of my home in which to wait. He was grateful that I had stopped to check on his welfare anyway.
