Shut down by Ganassi. Period. Dario should of stayed in the IRL, hopefully he had a contract that pays him anyway.

I'd be lying if I said I wasn't happy. Never was a fan of Dario and thought the move was pretty dumb.

Wasn't it less than a month ago Chip mentioned heads would roll unless results improved? Dario and Co. were one of the weakest full time efforts out there.

Dario's one of the greatest drivers ever.

I said it last season and I'll say it again. He should hang up his helmet and live happily ever after with his wife.

I think it's time for Dario to head into the ALMS.

I genuinely believe someone in the unified Indycar will give him a decent seat. I just don't want to see him go out like Little Al, and take whatever scraps he gets....

I mean, he is married to Ashley Judd....

His best finish was something like 22nd? Toss in the injury and he had a bad freshamn year in NASCAR.

Personally thought it was a bad move for him to go there, but the money would have been bigger if he was able to make it work.

Saw Little Al in Carmel, IN the other week. He was judging a car show. Don't worry, it was nice cars.

Dario had no business being in Sprint Cup in the first place.

Agree, most NASCAR fans can't pronounce his name.

I don't know if he has a engineering background, but he was always seen as the key guy for car setup.

I could see Dario getting into ALMS or DP racing. Unless the IRL/CART merger results in a need for more name drivers, this is the most logical direction. And I don't see NASCAR working out.
