Interesting video, wonder if it is actually a promo vid as opposed to a spy vid.

    Neat find!

Perhaps MB/Mclaren have finally remembered the "L" and "R" parts of SLR...

    Most definitely a promo.

Too many unexplained jerks of the camera, shooting from behind a wavering tree branch (that could be avoided by the cameraman moving inches to the side), too many cuts to new shots "just when it was about to get juicy" and so on.

If it's meant to be disguised as a spy video, the disguise was done very badly.

German engineers still wear white shirts, dark slacks to work.
    Good for them.

From what I have read/heard this is the SLR Roadster 722 edition. But it could be a replacement, I guess we will just have to wait and see.

To me, it looks like the Mercedes Carver they debuted several years ago. It was a "look what we can build" car never meant for production. Suspension leans into turns like a bike.

    Mark

PS: for some reason FChat wont allow me to attach the pic but you can google it.

The rear things..maybe roll bars? Like I said, I dont know that it IS the Mercedes Mclaren SLR Roadster 722, That is just what I read/saw on another site.

Mercedes Carver like Joker was talking about.
