Wild. He seems de(a)dicated! ;)
Maynard, the lead singer of Tool has a tatt of a spine down his spine, similar to this guys back. Just thought that was kinda funny you called him a tool ok, back enough lame puns for the day, carry on.
Exactly--I think it is awesome---95% of the world are scared to do things they really believe in for fear of what others think...Good for him!! It's his body and life--Who am I to judge him? Maybe he will regret it, maybe not but it is his choice and life!!
Yes sir funny as hell. But the quote above your's is ****ing bizarre. See I've always understood it, but have always thought it was stupid to not even think about hiring guys with a lot of tats. Companies have probably missed out on some of the brightest and most motivated people by not hiring them based strictly on having tats. But that's me and I would rather judge someone based on credentials and performance than appearance.
Jeez, I wonder how long (and how much) it would take to remove all that. Is it even possible to remove it all after all the work's been done?
sheesh, a lot of negativity here. it's his life and his choice. no need to put him down for making his choices.
Being a 'non-tattooed' guy I have a question for those that have some experience with the needle. What do you think that this guy has invested in ink? I wouldn't even hazard a guess. Is it $10 grand? $50 grand? With the detail and so forth you'd think that it would have to be hours and hours and hours in the tattoo chair.
Picture this: "Mom, Dad, I want you to meet Joey, the fellow I met at college I've been telling you about."
"Hello Joey. I'm Debbie's mother. So you met in refrigeration college? Have you passed your freon reclaimation certification yet? They didn't make us do that back when I was in HVAC school. Schlitz?"
He could've been a tattoo shop model and got all his for free. He might even be what some tattoo artists calls a "canvas" meaning he actually even got paid for getting the artwork done. Or he could've bartered the art for something. If this is real, then the next thing for this guy to do is get it coloured in to get the full effect.
Yes it is. Contrary to popular beleifs, black tattoos are the easiest to remove (by laser) and the red ink is the hardest. Ask me how I know!
+1 That and extreme facial piercings! Some countries actually consider tattoos and piercings a handicap.
Actually I do know a bit about him, he lives in and is from Canada and works at a grocery store. The tattoo work done on his face as about 2 years old with the most of the tattoo work on his body being the newest. I also know that he has had offers to do some carnival work but has turned them all down. On a side note I know several people with facial tattoos that are very successful.
Haha I love all the sheep in here who are scared to understand a persons individuality and ability to express themselves and retort to insults. I'd never do it, nor would I hire the guy, but at least he has the balls to be himself, something 95% of you can't say. Enjoy your fake life.
I dont know what the rest of the world charges for tattoos, but it varies a lot here. I have seen anywhere from AU $60 per hour up to AU $140 per hour. I had my latest tatt done January this year and it cost me AU $640 for 4.5 hours work. I have around AU $1400 in 4 tatts on me. Nothing compared to what this guy has. So.........I reckon he would around US $50K-100K worth of ink done. Perhaps a lot less, perhaps a lot more. I dont know what he pays, or even if he pays. But if he does pay, I am sure even the cheapest of tattooists, would charge a lot of money for the hours spent on that work. Better him than me.........thats all I can say.
Lol!! I try to express my individuality with some tatts and facial piercings that I have been into since I turned the legal age for tattooing/piercing, 18. I must be in that other 5% you speak of eh? But dont worry......I actually try to lead a fake life too.
Here is a pic of someone who has quite a few tattoos and makes tens of millions of $$$ every year. Nice pose. Image Unavailable, Please Login
