having someone ride pillion doesnt appeal to me at all. maybe on an open countryside ride, but around town/twisties its enough getting it right on your own cop that
No, he has a life! Which pool, which photos? I *smell* a S/Australian, but it could/nt be the one i am thinking of because he said he would never return to FF, so i am dreaming....as usual. Ciao M
what's wrong with taking photos of girls in bikini in a swimming pool????? one of my mate does that for a living!!!!
Your sense of smell, like your sense of taste, has once again failed you. SA might be a barrel of laughs to live in, but it ain't my home.
The ZZR250 was sexier than the GPX The power of the 250 is fine, I agree. Compared to bigger bikes 250s are, yes, slow. But, next to most cars on the road, you have got a lot of power under you. Also, your bike looks amazingly familiar, could be that my mate bought one exactly the same http://users.tpg.com.au/jpmccabe/ninjas.jpg (apologies for the bad lighting on the pic, this was a big day of riding, the pics were the last thing I was concerned about really, and also, that damn big square around the rear plate has also been ripped off) I have only once had girls make any comment about a vehicle I was in. And when I say comment, I mean multiple high school girls lifting up their tops as I drove by in the Vette I will always say, chicks generally aren't attracted by the car, you only get the attention of guys who know what they are looking at. May be different in the upper echelon of vehicles, I'll have to get a Diablo to find out though. Not with this (extremely road legal) visor http://users.tpg.com.au/jpmccabe/mirror.jpg SA and barrels, always a good combination....
Same problem that has yet to be fixed- a faulty brake sensor switch that makes the car "think" it is being driven with the brakes permanently on. This causes all inter related electronic systems to go haywire (ASR, active suspension etc, etc)............ It has done 7200km's and it has been stuffed for over 6000 km's of those. I think we are on the 3rd attempt to fix it, the last "fix" lasted exactly 197km's. The first "fix" didn't even last 10 mins. This time they are replacing the entire pedal box which is apparently injection moulded plastic (!!!). It flexes when the brakes are applied and twists/breaks the crappy brake switch. Totally PO, the gloves are off. Yup the CSL was/is a ripper. The new owner loves it and I am glad it went to a very good home.
All i can say is when MHH drove his LP640 in the streets of Melbourne, scream from school girls are over shadowing that majestic V12 sound.
sorry to hear the problems with GT... they should give you another GT to drive around until they completely fix your car's problem.
hence why so many sell 'em and never buy another again' Which is a pity as the cars are not to blame. IMO they the old cars that I have driven (only a handful) 246,308qv,Daytona,BB512,GTE250(awful) were nice to drive in there own ways.
