Spotted a red Mondial coupe Friday nite in little Italy. I think it is someone here? :)

Also, did anyone else go watch the TFC game last nite? And watch them get their arse kicked by some Mexican team? lol

Saw a 612 Scaglietti on HWY 7 near HWY400. Also saw this at Steeles and Weston, near the FoO.

I was just in Yorkville with a couple of buddies for beers and I saw a yellow Lambo Roadster replica. Man, the paint was so bad. It was chipped and the door gaps at the fender/door were soo big you can walk through. The guy really thought he had everyone fooled. Totally ruined my nite :)

But what made it better was the little hottie driving the white R8!

They are becoming just like civics, one on every corner. I may have to look into somthing a little more unique, like a Corvette...

I guess all the Ferrari's have stopped parking in front of Sassafrazz, and moved onto parking in front of One.

One restaurant.......thanks but I'll pass on the 20$ salads and crappy attitudes.

They must want the front place ban too. :)
I'm amazed at the amount of exotics in the city. I wonder what the percentage of exotics/high-end luxury cars per capita is in comparison to other cities around the world.

I thought that place burned down? I'll be interested to see where the exotics and "well-to-do" go with all the luxury hotel/condo projects open up in a few years (Trump, Ritz-Carlton, the new Four Seasons, Bloor 1, Shangri-La, and Thompson).

    Pics of the R8? :)

Did the replica driver have a "******-swagger" (thought he was really rich, charming, and cool)?

Sassafraz has since been rebuilt. The place in the pictures "The Hazelton" boutique hotel is now the hot spot in Yorkville. Great space for parking too. The fake diablo last nite was parked waaaay off to the side.

But you are right, when the Shangri-la and others open it should be interesting to see.

Whats booking a table like in these eateries? Much advance notice required?

Walk-ins are usually accepted, and the restaurants are not usually fully booked on weekends.

Restaurants like One and Bymark (Very 'hi class') are fairly large and can handle many people.

Restaurants like Sotto Sotto and Bistro 990 (also very good) are quite small, and are usually full on weekends.

July is 'summerlicious' month....meaning that many local restaurants are offering a 35$per person a-la-carte menu. (As opposed to a normal $150.00 tab!)

Its a good deal, and the restaurants are all full this month, so book in advance!

That is what we were downtown at the TD Centre. I managed to reserve a table at Canoe. (Almost wore out on the "redial" button on my phone) Excellent dinner. Great view. Just a fabulous place.

For only $7,500 a night, you could have the Hazelton Hotel's penthouse suite. :) http://www.thestar.com/Travel/article/448665

It looks like a pretty nice hotel. I'm guessing that the One restaurant (isn't it by the same chef that owns/runs 44 North and Bymark) is what the draw is?

    Yes, thats correct.

Mr. Mark McEwan owns N44, Bymark and One restaurant.....and he's the proud owner of a red 599 GTB!
