I agree it's strange it's the "last car left" in the parking lot....maybe the owner has already run into trouble on his own somewhere?

Or as an abondoned car, it'd be soon in the impound yard if it were left like that here.......

I've attempted to friend "Gibby" on facebook. Hopefully he'll accept, and the profile will have phone numbers and the like.
