I grew up in the area--a long time ago--and know it well.

Locate Giffords in Niagara-on-the-Lake, it will be a 905 area code and a 468 exchange, if I remember correctly. He probably went to Niagara District High School in Niagara-on-the-Lake. That part of the province is not densely populated.

I can't imagine that he would have anything to do with Brock University if he's a trade apprentice.

For the record, the city in which the incident took place is spelled like this: St. Catharines. No "e", no apostrophe.

 

If that school has any credibility, and they receive enough complaints, then they should kick him out.

If anything, it would be a Niagara Regional Police matter. My only contacts there are numerous speeding tickets.
