Could not have said it better myself.Check this....I've been reading this whole thread for a couple of hours and my wife calls and tells me she found five teenagers in our swimming pool like it was their home when she came home from an appointment.She was a bit spooked so I called the cops and rushed home.Of course they were gone and the cops are like "Nothing serious,just a bunch of teenagers goofing around".WTF is that!
This kind of behavior is totally unacceptable!If it were my kids and they got caught,they would taste the water in my knee because my foot would be so far up their @ss!There was no damage done to my pool or yard ,but just the same,if it's not yours ,
lay the F*** off or deal with the consequences.I find today's youth have no sense of accountability for their actions and that usually stems from their upbringing.I hope Gibby and his girls get their @sses kicked!
BTW,my neighbor gave the cops a good description of the kids as he saw them running away...Aged between 14 and 15,if find out who they are and where they live, I'm going over to slap the parents around and take a dip in their pool.

I wasn't justifying anything. I was trying to put in perspective. I'm one of those who feels that the punishment should fit the crime. Obviously he should face the consequences, but beating him up, and harassing those unfortunate enough to know him, is not the answer. I really don't know what to say. I missed about 10 pages overnight, so finally caught up and see this Bono & Kanye West's bastard child trying to defend his buddy. Also, since you wanted to high-5 Gibby, make sure he washes his hands, and doesn't pick his nose like in the video.

Also, for the people defending Gibby, If you haven't had your car vandalized before, you have no idea how big of a problem it is when someone can't respect someone elses property, and then ***** and complain and whine like no other when it happens to them.

This is a warning to the ******* who threw something at the car I was in last week. I gave you a honk because you ran a red light, and someone was coming full speed and almost t-boned your ass, I saved your ****ing life, and you have the nerve to throw something at my car. He has no idea what is coming to him. If I see him or his car in the parking lot of a grocery store, there is going to be a couple nails in the tire. Dumbass threw a rock or a coin and dented the car. Karma is a *****.

Oh and to add to that. People who egg cars for fun are idiots. I will be setting up a camera tonight, and if you come and egg a single car in my "trailer park" then I will be reporting them, and coming after them.

It is now confirmed that the local police are investigating this guy Joshua Gibby Gifford ... for two reasons.

Firstly, for being a nuisance in a public place by urinating.

Secondly, to protect him from some threats that have been made via YouTube and this site.

As we all know, I doubt anyone would cause physical harm to this idiot, no matter how many angry words of frustration are being typed via the internet and we all agree that it's not worth it. However it does show the passion Ferrari owners have for our hardware, as all exotic car owners have I'm sure. Needless to say, it really doesn't matter whether it's an exotic or a domestic ... what this punk did was wrong and he should issue an apology and be charged. Period.

Why in a parking lot all alone for a few days? Apparently, the owner of the Ferrari lost his keys in the movie theatre. He contacted security at the mall the same evening and they put a tarp around it and placed the yellow tape so vandals, and others, would not be easily have access to the car and abuse it. The alarm system was on, but of course didn't go off because of urine touching it, but as you know, it would have triggered it if the car was mishandled or rocked.

The car is now in the hands of the owner, however, he hasn't been tracked down and apparently the license plate number on the vehicle doesn't coincide with the ownership. More drama it seems.

It will be in tomorrow's local paper and then most likely be picked up by other media sources from there.

It should be an interesting read. Let's see how it's handled and it's best that no physical threats are made towards this idiot.

I'm sure the sheer embarassment thus far and the calls to his employer, visit from the cops and the story in tomorrow's paper will make him think hard before trying to be a show off while in his drunkard state.

Hopefully his pals will learn from this as well.
