^^^ Lol. No disrespect to OP, I've seen picture of this individuals meets and it's filled with old Benzes and 3 series. I'm guessing he only registered here to get some F-Cars to attend his meet.

 

WHY would you be so negative to someone posting an invitation to an event? Not only is this an oppurtunity to join fellow car enthusiast but Jason is a very nice guy.

If this event is not "your cup of tea", then don't come and don't post about it.

I WILL be going, in my FERRARI and with other F-chatters in their Ferrari's! (BTW I have a few Benz & BMW's too)

 

if you are referring to my post, it wasn't meant to be negative. It was my way of asking who this person is. He says little in his post and nothing in his profile. if you can figure out who he is that is great for you, but doesn't help out anybody else. his first post is to invite us on a drive. the least he can do is introduce himself and tell us more about the drive. if he wanted to invite only people he knows he would have emailed you, not joined this board and posted publicly. I hate to take miltonian's side, but it does sound like it's gonna be a bunch of bimmers and porsches. Strange how i never go over to sixspeed and invite them to our drives. truth is, if many people on this board wanted to go on a drive with porsches and bimmers, we would just drive around the beltway. I don't know how you are gonna tell people not to post about it if it isn't their "cup of tea". I'll post about anything i want. positive or negative. i also want other people with information to post their positive and negative opinions about this drive. Helps me make up my mind whether i want to participate or not. You post on a public forum, expect to get responses from the public. if this was a drive with a bunch of hopped up hondas and you didn't know it, wouldn't you want someone to tell you before you drove out there? keep the info flowing.

You joined 6Speed to get some business making rings, then you went and back stabbed the site by starting a wanna be 6Speed and forcing people to join your site, not to mention peer pressuring Sponser to your site that barely had 4 people. What's next, high jack people from F-Chat too? Happily the whole thing failed, the people who were even on your site from begining are now all posting on E46Fanatics Nice try, but you failed.

I know some HS kids who all have Civics with 4000 turbos, the perfect crowd for your meet. Ill tell them all to show up. Don't verry!

Not to armchair quarterback but perhaps Jason it would have been good to introduce yourself first.... In the past we've had kids come on here and post invites to events held in their elementary/high school parking lots.... big fun!

For everyone else, don't base your decision on my observation. That was my observation from his previous background of meets. Granted, this one could be different. Probable, but not so possible.
