Hi all, I propose to create a single Topic for all owner f430 or 360 of ferrarichat,
I propose to start a presentation of this style!

1 - one or two photos of your ferrari, interior and exterior
2-Your configuration, different thing you change or add, or directly your options

I think it would be nice!

This would be best done in the already existing Owner's Forum.

1. You need to be invited.
2. You have to be an owner, confirmed by at least 3 other forum members
3. You have to post a picture of yourself with your car or cars in the Owner's Section
4. You have to be approved by Rob or one of the other moderators.
5. You can't see the section unless you are approved and Rob adds it to your main page in the Silver Subscribed area.


Hope this answers your questions. For owners I must say I love it!! Half the crap threads, plus you get to see what some of the gang really look like.

That is a lame verification process. Anyone should be able to check that I'm legit by checking either pictures I've posted, or my history on **********.

I think it is some sort of a selection process. A moderator vouched for me but I don't see the owners or garage forum.

 

Relax - I am not one of the Chosen Few either and have my fair share of Ferraris .... including Darth Scud!

I'm confused. I was thinking about subscribing, but i didnt know that there are such regulations, prerequisits;
1: who's going to invite, do i have to ask someone?
2: who can confirm that i'm an owner, unless they come to Turkey, it seems impossible. (Hmm, maybe from vin number)
3: that is not a problem
4: approval depends on ?
5: i gues that is not a problem after you pass #4

So unless these conditions OKed, what is the meaning?
I mean, if i will still surf at the same place with the same privilages, or, lets say "without the privilages that some subscribers have" cause i do not know "people" (at least not personally) what good is it?

In order join the owner's forum, you need to 1) be a paid subscriber and 2) go through a verification process. Under "silver" or "rossa subscribed", for instance, there is a sticky about joining the owner's forum:

"Here's what is involved. You must be:

1) A current Ferrari owner
2) Confirmed as such by a moderator or by 3 users who have seen you and your car. Please send 5-6 confirming users if possible (in order to obtain 3 replies in a timely fashion) or the name of a moderator who knows you and your car. (Send me their USER ID's, please, I don't know every member by name. )
3) Silver or Rossa Subscribed.
4. Willing to post a picture of yourself and your car in the Garage thread along with the serial # and model details of your car.


And benefits and conditions of membership in the Owner's Forum include:

1) Access to an owner's only forum.
2) A high level of decorum will be the standard of behavior. There will be strict observation of the TOS and TOU.
3) A personal "garage" thread to post information and discuss the cars and models that you own
4) Owner's Forum users are expected to maintain the privacy of other Owner's Forum users
5) Future features and enhancements are under consideration and being discussed

If I get swamped, it may take a little time to get back to you, but so far, it usually takes about a week to gain access.

If you don't take the initiative to join, then someone might "invite" you to join. So you don't have to be "invited" to join, its just that someone might "invite" if you haven't bothered to enroll.

 

You should see all of the "hoops" that I had to jump through to get the FerrariChat credit card!

 

If you want to join, just PM a request to a moderator - I asked Dave (dm_n_stuff).
