Any suggestion on tires? Looking for something with a smooth ride but is still a high performance tire.

It goes without saying that each of the optional tires (Michelin, Pirelli, Goodyear) that Ferrari specs for the F430 is a "high performance" tire. It would be helpful to know a little more about your requirements, location and/or use conditions i.e. track? rain? run flat?

In my case, I have a set of Pirelli's which offer great performance, are very predictable and offer great wet road feel. I also have a set of Goodyear run flats which I use for trips > 100 miles from home.

You can probably add Bridgestone and Nitto to your short list as well.

pirreli p-zero tyres seem to be the best for general use.

I live in Southern California and wouldn't be driving in wet conditions. No track use but want something that can handle some playtime. I drive the car almost everyday so a comfortable ride is also important.

I've used both Pirelli P-zero Rosso and Michelin PS2 tires (235/35/19 & 295/30/19) on my 911 C4S and w/o a doubt the PS2s are more quiet and comfortable than the Rossos. I didn't push it too hard so all I can say is that dry braking and handling were very similar. No wet driving experience. If you're going the Pirelli route, the PZERO is their best performing tire but I believe has a low treadwear rating.

This is an old thread, but didn't get many responses. At the minimum, does anyone have any fresh info over the last six months?
