I know a LOT of people here ***** and complain (myself included) about vendors not fulfilling orders, crappy service, etc.
I just wanted to let EVERYONE on the boards know that Ricambi (from NC) is the BEST! Best service, PRICE, honest, and just nice guys to deal with.
Among the several other items ordered for my 360, this last purchase was the most satisfying, a pair of mass air-flow sensors.
They special ordered the second (only one in stock) and I received the entire order w/ in a week.
EVERYONE, including Ferrari of SF wanted almost $450 EACH, I got the same factory parts from Ricambi for $600 and $17 for 2nd day ship...FOR BOTH!
Next/EVERY time you need parts, call Dave (British? accent) at Ricambi, fantastic guys.
BTW, I don't work for these guys, just a VERY happy customer in an otherwise unsatisfactory retail environment.

I didn't say they weren't good or bad,I just said I dealt with them and found that they weren't the only ones out there selling ferrari parts and that some are not trying to make a killing,I've also asked Dave about rotors, and he's $50 more each thats $200,and theres more parts stores opening here in Sac that ship around the world,I wasn't bad mouthing Dave

I haven't tried ferrparts yet, I just thought I would give some praise where I thought it was due.
Customer service is a big deal for me too, not just price, and I think they are the best of both:)

i agree w/ you as far as the mix of price, availability, and customer service. daniel is a boxer lover so i feel that i get his extra care when getting parts for my car.

it is the parts buying experience that i would expect as a ferrari owner.

maybe they haven't been able to help me like you guys becuase I have a 308 and those parts are hard to get and he has new and parts for the high $ ferrari's,becuase I've tried to get parts from Ricambi, and its always so $$$$$$ or they just don't have it,so I have to go other places,I'm sorry if I came off rude, but every $ is important to me and the part I need
