Spotted a rossa/tan Mondial on College street tonite. A shagadelic e-type coupe during the afternoon. And all the usual Toronto cars! But the best had to be the bat mobile!
Spotted a Yellow 599 GTB on the 400/hwy 7 last nite.......great car, but not the greatest color for it.
Agreed - best foto is the tail light - But with so many F cars, I think I'll trade mine in for a NSX!!
spotted this in Richmond Hill the other day whos the dealer who has this? Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
I don't know. But I did see a silver one on college Street this evening and fell in love again! It was a very clean example that I actually drove YEARS ago for the client to do an etest 993 911TT = The hottest car ever!
Saw the new Nissan Skyline GTR today. Red and Black interior. Gotta say, its a BIG car... hard to see how they get so much performance out of it. It was strange to see it in Toronto (queensquay), as I didn't think they would have one kicking around for a while. Looked good for a sports car, but one thing was clear... it was definitely not an exotic. Looked more like a G35 on steroids to me. Cheers (Sorry no pics)
Spotted a Yellow Gallardo Spyder, and a Red F430 Spyder at the movie theatre on Islington/QEW yesterday. Both had great sounding exhausts.
After 25+ years of ownership I have decided to sell my 1961 Ferrari 250 GTE next spring. So this September I'll be stripping it down for a much needed paint over the winter. Would appreciate input as to colour. Present silver is not original and I'm tired of it. My choices are down to 3. The original Blu Sera which is a little too light a colour for a GTE, a much darker Blu Scuro or my fav and probably best for resale: black - all 3 go well with my new interior which is Pelle Beige Franzi (saddle orange).
I've seen your car many times and it's gorgeous! Too bad you are selling it. As I told you when I met you, the original colour would makes sense. Especially in resale terms. However, black would be stunning and really suits the GTE in my opinion.
what was the originaly colour? i would stick to the old school ferrari colours if it were my car, originality is key when it comes to selling these cars as you know. But more importantly who is selling your car? can I ?
LOL! Not my fault he lives nearby and travels the same roads as me! PS. Whatever the heck happened to those drinks we were supposed to grab in downtown!
He mentioned it, it's Blu Sera. Although i'm not a light blue lover. It's the way i'd go too for the resale values sake...
You said you were done with the downtown after you accidently (Or not) picked up that transvesite on Queen Street! But you got my number!
yeah i'm not a fan of the modern-day blue/silver ESPECIALLY! Also who's doing the work? this is just as important if not more important then the colour itself.
Just thought I'd share this pic on my way to Forks of the Credit tonight. I think it came out great! Taken with a crappy Sony point and shoot digicam. i need a D80 w/ a 12-24 wide angle lens! http://img297.imageshack.us/img297/699/sunsetxt2.jpg
Last nite on College st: A Dark Grey Gallardo Spyder, a yellow Gallardo, a Black Maserati QP GT, and a Grey Aston Martin DB9. Then spotted a black 612 Scag on Queen st.
