I've got to say (as a Playseat Evolution user -- no association otherwise) that the Evolution is the way to go over the Bob Earl seat if you tend to play racing sims that involve more production/gt/touring cars than formula cars. The Bob Earl setup has you sitting virtually on the ground and offers a formula-style outstretched seating arrangement. The Evolution is much more accurate for all other types of cars. Additionally, comaparing the comfort, aesthetics, quality -- I'd give the Evolution the nod. It's much more impressive looking than the Bob Earl setup is and doesn't look like an eyesore in a home environment.

Nice Set up, specially if it can connect a sub woofer to it.

I wish they'd make it for the xbox 360 so then I could get it (without buying a ps3 that is).

What's wrong with having both? I have a PS3 and planning of getting an Xbox 360

Just get the 40GB PS3 and you won't regret it.:)

Yeah the thought crossed my mind but I don't know, I don't really use the 360 that much and buying a ps3 too seems like a waste of money for me. Your not helping the matter though. ha!

I hope you have Forza 2. I think this game may get boring after a bit due to the lack of cars.

Yeah I do. Forza 2 has quite a few Ferrari's so perhaps that's a good consolation.

    On a slightly related note:
There was an article on the f1 website discussing a future F1 game that would be available on the 360 and ps3
    http://www.formula1.com/news/interviews/2008/5/7859.html
Maybe its been discussed here before but I'll hold out hope for that.

Long time no see Mate, :) I hope you're doing fine down under!? :):)

Had my copy of the game since yesterday afternoon, and I have now unlocked and bought two 348's.... the 348 TB and a 348 Challenge;) :)......it's really one of the very best (racing) games for the PS3 so far, IMO!! ;) :)
I have only the 40GB version of the PS3, but I'm more than satisfied with that one!

Best regards and much love from your Danish mate :)

    Carsten

I have that set up and it's amazing. Really makes the game feel real when it's in front of a 65 in HDTV....almost life size from a cockpit view.

Does the game allow you to make any suspension, tire, or other setup adjustments? Any in-car adjustments while on track? Thanks.

I also have the playseat evo and logitech wheel. Great on the PS3. I also use the same seat and the Xbox360 wheel/pedals for Forza2. Setting this in front of my 62" TV makes for an amazing simulation!

I would guess the 308/328 is also there, although I am not sure! The game features more than 50 Ferrari cars so there is a good chance the 308/328 is in the game! I have so far unlocked and bought: 348TB, 348 Challenge, 512M, 512S and 365GTB4 Competizione!
    I love this game!!! :):)

Is there anyone who has the game that can comment on how the cars drive compared with the genuine article? For instance, does the Daytona drive more like a '70s car, compared with, say, a 348? I may pick up a PS3 and Logitech G25 so that I have fun with this game.
