308 For Sale...

... In the Mandeville/Covington area.

I was heading back south across the Causeway yesterday (Friday) and saw a very nice/clean 308 for sale on the side of the road just north of the bridge. I was wondering if it belonged to anyone here. It looked very nice, but unfortunately I did not have a chance to stop and look.

 

I saw it too without the top on and it was starting to rain. Hope the owner was close by.

 

That's an odd way of advertising a Ferrari. . . is it still there?

 

I haven't seen it. Where was it parked?

 

I saw the car also and had to do a double take. It was parked on 190 just pass Lover's Lane on the right on the undeveloped piece of land just before Premier After Hours/Loop Pizza shopping center where a white X5 had been parked for sale for a few days. When I drove past, they had covered the top with a thin piece of visqueen or something. The whole situation seemed very odd.

Thanks for the welcome. Long time lurker and finally joined up last year. I am a reformed Porsche fanatic and heard about FChat when frequenting other boards. Slowly working my way into a Ferrari if I can just find a place to hide it from my wife. She still believes the car shouldn't cost more than our house. I know, she is very confused. It's not her fault, she went to Tulane.

 

Ah yes, my alma mater!
