    You're absolutely right. LOL!

BTW, how is the diet going?

I'd like to feel for Josh as well, but I'm too busy studying for my MCATs and LSATs so I can become a bona fide certified malpractice attorney!!

BTW, I have no idea what this thread is about, I just have nothing better to do before I go to sleep. :)

    He's still recovering.

Perhaps some kindness to Josh would be in order

Kindness?... I gave him more than that. I gave him a chance to come clean after he lied to me, to my wife, and to my friends. Instead of coming clean and salvaging a friendship, he decided to lie some more. He accuses me of BS, and threatens me with libel. The days of kindness are over.

Shall we move on guys? This thread does not seem to highlight the fine spirits of the FChat community. Just my two cents. Thanks.

mjw599, if you're going to give advice, it would be nice if you filled out your profile.

A bit off topic, but an interesting article nonetheless...

    <snip>
In the late 1980s, Internet users adopted the word “troll” to denote someone who intentionally disrupts online communities. Early trolling was relatively innocuous, taking place inside of small, single-topic Usenet groups. The trolls employed what the M.I.T. professor Judith Donath calls a “pseudo-naïve” tactic, asking stupid questions and seeing who would rise to the bait. The game was to find out who would see through this stereotypical newbie behavior, and who would fall for it. As one guide to trolldom puts it, “If you don’t fall for the joke, you get to be in on it.”<snip>

mjw, I think you're in luck. Kirby had a cancellation and he can fit you in tomorrow to shoot your 599. Busy? Oh, what about Wednesdy, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday or I tell you what. You name the day and I'll make sure Kirby's available.

    MJW,

I won't speak to whether this thread is the best way to address the alleged behavior of an Fchat user, but I do understand the basis of the complaints, and since Josh is free to defend himself it's been left alone (so far).

More pertinent is your involvement given your behavior to date. You write as if everyone should know you, when in fact no one does. You've posted as if you're local to Los Angeles, the Bay Area and the Northwest; though it appears you're actually in Carlsbad/San Diego when you're online.

    (from Norcal)
    (from Los Angeles)
    (from Northwest)
You've posted things that were somewhat derogatory yourself and the most recent was apparently misleading and possibly financially damaging as well. Yet you seem to feel justified in chastising others.

    (contradicted by DeaneG and T308)
So before you go much further, perhaps you should re-examine the record you're building for yourself first and be more open about who you are and where.

    Hey everyone,

I just want to say that my only intentions behind this thread was to ask what happen to Josh and if anyone seen him around lately and not to give off any negative reactions. My last interaction with Josh was at the Ferrari Challenge in May, which I haven’t heard or seen him since. I know people come and they go, but it’s the “Die-Hard” Ferrari owners/seekers that stick together in a positive way. I’m very sorry that I’ve started this thread and those individuals have their right to say want they want even if it’s not positive reaction about that person. Just my 2 cents!

Personally I think Kirby's a fraud and I'm calling him out. I've been begging him to come shoot my 599 and he absolutely refuses, citing scheduling issues and models and whatever other nonsense.

Personally I don't think he owns any cameras at all, and has been passing off other peoples' work as his own in a very complex elaborate scheme that involves other car "owners" and the like.

    JUSTICE! I DEMAND JUSTICE!
