Thanks to all but I didn't think they were that good. I left my tele lens in the car. This is a week long event and I'm going back Sat. I think these guys will be back. If so, I'll get some better.
Right now I´m teaching a class about 3d models and prototypes, one of the goals is to make the student get the exact idea of the scale meaning and how to get the precise model in a certain scale, so I asked them to bring a small object, and they scaled the object to make a greater size model (1mt), I´m really happy with most of the results, here are a few pictures of them with their "homework". 1.-one of the girls (i Think the laziest of the group) made his wristwatch. 2.-Two of them made legos, this guy even made the same shirt and also added his "funny" glasses to the lego. 3.-Another guy made a fuel injector 4.-and another of my students made a olfa circle cutter. Went out today to see if I could find anything interesting. I found a couple things. Unfortunately the eagles were too far to get any good closeups and the angles were not the best for the light, but it was still cool to see..... Thanks, but all the credit is for them, I just teach them, they make all the work hard to achieve those results, I know I´m a strict teacher, but the results worth all the pain of my class. The number 4 was actually the best note of the class, she got 9.8 out of 10, her work is really impressive, every detail on the small cutter is replicated in the big one. considering they only had 3 weeks to make them, it´s a superb job. glad you liked them. Ever
