The Alberta Thread!

i stopped by FMofA today to try and see 483's Scud, but alas it was not there They still had the F40 up on the lift in the back, along with 6 or so F430's. In the front was a Red Scuderia still in its plastic wrapping. Surrounding the Scud, were 5 or so Gran Turismo's.

Spots on the streets have been few and far between. The usual F430's in every colour, Gallardos, Astons.

I spotted a brown Lamborghini Espada on the highway en route to Banff. Odd looking car, but very cool.

 

I'm shocked you didn't see the White Countach with it. Neat pair of cars.

 

I saw a couple Ferraris you (unfortunately) don't see everyday...

Red F355B w/ wheels (owned by an F-chatter I think)
Silver 456GT... hadn't seen this car for over a year and thought it may have left town; good to see it's still around.

Also saw a Neptune blue GTC and then later the same colour on a car at the Bentley dealer... I can't believe there's two of these!

 

Anybody know who owns this brown Espada?

 

Negative on the Countach spotting.... I should be more specific: The Espada was on Range Road 42 (22) Saturday Morning.

How did you miss a white Anniversario but pick up an Espada?

The 456 was at Lone Star in the customer parking area... it would be a shame to move from that to anything the current Benz line offers Don't get me wrong, they make some rockets (SL63!) but sooooo boring!

That was awesome. That Espada is such a neat car for its' time and really nice to drive. Very powerful. Great Day!

Spotted a stunning TdF blue F430 spider parked infront of the Hotel Arts this evening.

Also spotted a new GT-R Nissan at the Auto Mall. Cool little car!

Black 355 spider at glenmore & crowchild

 

I love the mention of local 'celeb' Mr. Bronconnier. Never thought I'd hear of him on F-Chat. He's the mayor now if I'm not mistaken? I remember when he was an Alderman in my ward when I lived back home.

I had heard this, but was so sure my leg was being pulled that I didn't even look into it. I'd like to know the story behind this Koenigsegg... first in Canada? Does that mean there's an importer/distributor? Pretty neat prize if you ask me (*runs off to buy a ticket, hoping to come in second*)

I've spotted the same cars as you have (big surprise) but with the addition of a gun metal Murcielago coupe.....

Pretty sure it is the one off of Kulus sold page. Awesome car

edit: ZR gang will be on 17th Ave. tomorrow in front of Melrose @ 6pm, as per their website. It should be a **** down there.
