I had five in another life and one that came over with me.

Easiest car to do a brake and valve job IMHO.

I'm was thinking about getting a personalized license plate for the S2000 when I was staying N/A: TRQ 404

But now that it will be F/I, I'm thinking: PSI S2k

Mitch, doing a lot better, thx for asking. I'll call you next week, let's get some lunch with Wayne.

And Mitch, it's not BS, it just the fact that people are on Fchat organizing events that no Ferrari's showing up for.

I'm going to go do some thing on the s2000 forum.

The event WAS NOT organized on the Ferrari Chat website. It was actually organized on AutoXforum and an Infinity forum by Cajunking. The run was ALSO posted on Fchat (as well as a number of other New Orleans area forums) to try to include you guys since Fchat is where the runs originated late last year. The run was NEVER posted on the S2000 forum (and at no point was a "honda run" as someone called it). It isn't Spike's fault that no Ferrari's showed up to the run this time around (there were Ferrari's at the pervious 2 runs, however). It was your choice not to participate. So maybe the problem isn't that runs are being posted on the fchat site by non-ferrari-owners (in an attempt to include level headed car lovers)... perhaps the problem is that none of you are showing up for what turned out to be a very nice day with ZERO problems.

As for going to post on the S2000 forums, be my guest. We're not so smug as to turn down a good time, no matter what cars are showing up.

The sad part about this is that it is so hard to organize an event in this area with level headed drivers, and now we're catching BS for trying to include you guys.

Mitchell hosted the first run and posted it on Fchat.... as I recall, he owns an Audi. Something's wrong with this picture.

The only problem I ever see on this board is a few guys who NOW frequent this site and always have a chip on their shoulder.

Most of the guys I met on the first two runs I planed were first class.

All the guys I met at both of Kelly’s events were the same and also the ones at Frank’s car show.

In fact 99.9% the gulf coast guys with European cars that I know seem to NOT carry that same chip.

But we always get blamed for something.

    Just my $ .02

And just why are you on Autoxforum.com since you have never raced with us at any of our track days or autox events?

You just show up and stare like some kind of stalker!

That’s what I see wrong with this picture!

What exactly is this "chip on our shoulders" that you speak of?

What are you and/or your "Gulf Coast European car owner" buddies being blamed for?

I do not frequently post on Autox forum... I'm hardly ever on autoxforum. The only reason I even have a screen name on Autoxforum is to keep up with a few friends on there. I have been to 1 (ONE!) single autox, and I didn't participate because I showed up late due to a nail in my tire... so yes, I stood around and watched. Is there anything wrong with that? Spectating... HMM what a concept. Why do tens of thousands of people show up for Nascar races if they don't get to drive? TO SPECTATE!

I'm sorry I'm not jumping at the chance to speed around a bunch of cones in a parking lot every weekend. Maybe I'll get around to it one day, and I may love it. Who knows. Then will I be worthy of posting on the Oh-So-Heavenly Autoxforum?

YOU, Mitchell, were the one who made insulting comments about the "Honda Run"... YOU are the one that seems to have a chip on your shoulder. We never started anything with ANYONE.

I had nothing to do with the planning of this past run... I just showed up. So what did I do wrong in defending Cajunking when he was being flamed for trying to include a few of you guys in a nice drive? Spike was just trying to do something nice for the local car community. This is the kind of treatment he gets?

this thread has a life of its own doesn't it? I'm glad to see people posting but this is degrading into BS.

We're all car guys no matter what we drive. It looks like they had a good time- the Stig is hilarious.
I don't care if people post on here about a drive of whatever brand. Heck- you can post about you tea and crumpet club get together for all I care.
Choosing to go or not is all that has to be done at that point.

What if the Nunez club was to host a Texas Hold'em Poker game? Could we post about that?

I hope we can all agree with such reasoning. I don't discriminate. I love all cars and can respect all level headed drivers. There is no need to be pointing fingers and getting into spats about who is posting what where... lets all be friends!

Thanks man... You are always more than welcome, whether you're representing team Daily Ferrari (f355), or team holy-crap-it-got-a-rock-chip------$$$$$-repair!!!!! (360cs)

We'll get it going again once it cools down. A buddy of ours was moving Galveston and wanted to get one last run in before he moved to the flat land by the sea, so we were forced to deal with the heat. I felt bed for the Stig in that race suit/helmet! OUCH!

I say old chap , will you be joining us for tea and crumpets this weekend after the Water Polo match ??? You know Muffy and I are always delighted to host you and Bitsy at the Estate. Also, we need to discuss purchasing better breathing apparatus for the polo ponies. My best polo pony drowned during the last match.

I am also hearing rumblings and speculation of a new car coming to the Northshore. I also heard it will be 7 - 8 weeks before it arrives and that it is getting a full respray before it is shipped. Can anyone confirm any of this??????
