I think if you truly wanted the car, it wouldn't have mattered as directly. Which only means there is a better car out there for you, why not search for that instead of burning up time?
i did some further research from your friend in New York and i got some more pics of the car in question. i honestly would not call it a little fire damage
i wish i could post the pm i got from another member who was interested in the car but backed off because he just found out from this thread that the car was in a major fire. this is what this forum is all about. wealth of information if you ask me
Regardless. What is your deal? Every thread, and every car that Roy post, you have something negative to say. I highly doubt that you were ever truely intersted in the car and that you only wanted to out the fire. What is your beef with Roy??? Come clean. You should disclose - the seller will "eventually" find out one way or another. If it's after the sale that will get ugly. It's a waste of customers time and playing games with holding that kind of information. I also lose trust in a seller that start telling me all "stories" about the car that were not in the ad to begin with. I hate stories.
first of all i was very interested in the car, second of all i was not the one that started to PM , it was kevin, in regards to being slanderous/libel , i believe they are more libel than i am . rob never sent me an pm so you are wrong once again, please get your facts straight.

Are you in the business too? Did he personally wrong you? I really think that you had these photos in your back pocket and had no intention of buying the car. I agree, that they should have advertised the car as having body work from a fire but I am sure they would have to any serious buyer. What is you vendetta 360t? Come clean so we all can know.
luke there is absolutely no vendetta and they actualy tried to sell my roadster few years ago . i did not have the pics until this afternoon nor did i know about the fire previously. i made a few calls to some of my friends who are in the lambo circle after i had the first pm from kevin regarding the car. i have a challenge 430 that i was even looking to trade in but pulled back after i heard that the car had a history. please go back and look at the entire thread and you will see that i was not the one that brought up what was the issue with the car. all i said was that i passed on the car. next i get an e mail from another member who was also very serious about the car asking me for the real story and i came out and told him the truth. did i do something wrong? should i have kept it to myself? i thought this site was built so that we can use each other resources and help out other members. please tell me if i am wrong.
You are right. This site and others like it are designed to give everyone the full picuture of a car in question. History tells us observers however that YOU have something against these Pacifico drinking boys. What is it? You obiviously have connections and cash. You can find you own deals, right??? So why do you hover over all of Roys post waiting for some unmentioned piece to fall through the cracks that you can grab like a Vulture? You are obivioulsly successful and independant, so why the reindeer games? If you hate Roy or what he represents to you, why not just say it???? MAN UP
i say it again I DO NOT HATE ROY. this has nothing to do with i have or dont but you keep on bringing it to the for front. we can go all night back and forth about this. in my eyes he misrepresented this car , to you it might be the perfect car.
Let me see... Roy/Kevin are smart to not disclose the fire damage up front. The words 'fire damage' cause many potential buyers to run for the hills. By doing it the way they are they are able to speak with the potential buyer directly and explain that the fire was mostly cosmetic and the car has been repaired professionally. This is something they might not have had the opportunity to do if they posted the fire damage in the ads. The potential buyer will have this additional information long before they wire any funds or make any commitment to the car. Then they can choose to proceed or not. For the life of me I cant see any problems with this. Eli , Im completely unbiased in this but you really do sound like you have a vendetta....even if you dont.
