Is that your definition of senility?

Dude has been living the dream for decades and now he wants to hang it up. Not only is he not even dead, he's throwing another party and you're already pissing on his grave!

One would think I insulted a personal friend or something. It is nice to watch people retire at the top of their game, it would have been awful to watch Magic get dunked on by Lebron, so sometimes you gotta step aside for the good of the team when your legacy is secured. Remember how bad Jordan looked coming out of retirement? His place in history is safe.

No. I didn't know him well.

Ironically, though, you speak of him like he was an enemy......

....I have publicly had a few issues with the dated styling of the magazine, but nothing fresh bodies can't handle. I do have many friends in PEI, and I help them out almost weekly, that won't change. I wish Hef a long happy life, but sometimes the greater good of the organization is more important than the desires of one. I suppose it is his ship to wreck though, on the reef or Norman's Woe.

Hef is definitely one of a kind. I wish he didn't do the TV show, because it doesn't present him that well.

Question is, does his son take the throne of running the magazine and continuing the Hefner lifestyle? Or is someone else taking it over.

His daughter runs, and has been for years, the company. As far as replacing Hef's party role, I don't know. I think his sons are just young teens. I've read that the mansion will become a museum once he passes away. Hopefully someone can correct me on that.
