    I need your help!!! My F430 Spider is almost here! Given my lack of garage space, it's time to blow out my extremely well equipped, exceptionally maintained 03' 360 Spider F1 (See pictures below). I did some research, and found the current (as of today) 03' Spider pricing levels:

    Dupont Registry: $134,500 (low) - $180,000 (high), average $158,000
    Ferrari Market Letter: $145,000 (low) - $189,000 (high), average $163,000
    eBay Buy it Now: $135,000 (low) - $185,000 (high), average $152,000

    I would like to blow this car out, and would appreciate your thoughts on pricing. How does $133,000 sound? Any input would be appreciated. I would especially appreciate any feedback from my Fchat friends who are familiar with my car. Before I list it to the world at large, I would like to give Fchat first shot. Here are the details:

    * 2003 triple black F1 spider (red piping and red rotors)
    * 17,900 miles
    * major 5 year service and new clutch done at Auto Gallery (Factory authorized dealer) in 1/08 ($10,000)
    * every available 03' factory option: shields, electric Daytona seats, challenge grill, hi/fi stereo upgrade with CD player and GPS, extended leather, battery tender, etc
    * Tubi exhaust ($5000)
    * Tubi carbon fiber interior (replacing all aluminum surfaces) and Tubi carbon fiber air boxes ($14,000)
    * HRE 19" custom wheels with Ferrari inserts and tires ($10,000)
    * stealth radar, laser detectors and XM stereo custom installed by Kevin Wright (he does Jay Leno's cars) ($3000)
    * Keith Collins hand made Ferrari floor mats ($700)
    * front skid plates ($400)
    * lowered to Euro specs (5/8th's inch lower) by Lucent (the best...search them on Fchat) ($1200)
    * front bumper respray (rock chips) by Dave at Premier (the best...search him on Fchat), one month ago ($1800)
    * new tires 6 months ago ($1600)
    * New brake pads 18 months ago at Auto Gallery ($1200)
    * 10 hour quarterly detailing by Jason (the best...search him on Fchat) ($325 each)

    I am the second local owner. Car was originally purchased at Auto Gallery, and has all Auto Gallery service records. It has been serviced only at the Auto Gallery since new. Includes manuals, covers, keys, tool set, etc. In the 30 months that I have had this car, I have spent over $230,000 (total of original cost and upgrades, before sales tax). Always stored indoors, never seen rain and maintained with an open checkbook! The Auto Gallery will happily confirm that my car is easily among the nicest 360's that they maintain.

    Thanks for your help!!!

    I agree, with your fine detail of records, I don't think you will have any trouble selling it. If I wasn't looking for a 430, I would be buying this car.

    Tim, I am surprised the Dealer wouldn't offer you that much towards the 430. I think you won't have any trouble moving that car at that price.

    This car is 1 of a kind. You couldn't replicate it even if you tried. Spending time around Tim on a recent Vegas trip, he has proven that as well. If I were searching for a Spider, I'd only consider this one..

    +1!

    I'm VERY familiar with this car. The paint is incredible, and the additions (all very tasteful) make it one of a kind. :)

    mods are mods, your not gonna get much back for them , only that it will sell faster,

    sure, I say 133k is good for a 03 drop top.

    but don't plan on selling it tomorrow, might take awhile with people views of the "economy" / and fall is upon us

    good luck as it sounds like it's well maintained

    Honestly, I would rather see a fellow FChatter get a deal, as opposed to the dealer.

    No, but they are frequently available on eBay for about $3000 (there are currently 2 sets available on eBay). Sell the HRE's for $3000, and buy the OEM wheels with the proceeds! For that matter, I ordered HRE's for my F430. I may be willing to negotiate a deal where I include the F430 OEM wheels and tires with the 360. This is a very popular upgrade, while keeping OEM Ferrari wheels.

    In today's market I would guess the car would move at $120 in a private party deal.

    Dealer trade-in I would guess is south of $110.

    Beautiful car by the way

    I have a current standing dealer offer for $125,000 (not a trade in, and pending a PPI). This can be verified by a long standing member and sponsor on this board.
