    Spending the last couple of days in carmel has been great. It was fun to hang out with some old friends and to make new ones. Carmel by the sea saturday night, Monterey sushi and funky muzak ;) Running into f-chatters, ********** folks, gumballers, at khakis was a great time. Concours was great too, making friends in the tap room, walking the green, bumming cigarettes from a F1 legend while drinking champagne and eating chocolate cake.

    This was my first time to Carmel where I saw soo many people, and that made this the best one in years.

    Drove the 328 down this year thinking the weather was gonna be really nice (silly me). I really need to plan better next year and connect with some of you other Bay Area folks. After Concorso, we drove down to Big Sur, then back up to Monterey for dinner. Stopped at Rocky Point to take a few pics (that don't look that great due to the flat light)...

    i dunno 'bout that, that's pretty good scenery backdrop against a very nice blue color on your 328.

    I wish I knew, we could have finally put the twins together. Next time.

    Pictures are coming from my co-pilot with a throw-away camera. Between us we had three digital cameras that went on the fritz, and the new go-pro video camera had too long a set of directions ;), I need an intern.

    Almost forgot, that late night Cuban and a glass full of scotch was great.- THXs

    I am the intern, not even a paid internship but volunteer!

    Sorta felt like I did bring the intern, since crashed 90koenigTR jewelry party and had that RJ #1.

    You know, next year we are going to have to pick a night where we get all dressed up and hit the town - like BLACK TIE dressed up. Would be fun.
