i think just a whole bunch of imbeciles running the joint and seems like getting rid of them is harder than having a democratic China.

they trying to force ppl to stop driving to the city, rather than give people a reasonable and cheaper alternative option (buses, trains, trams). The public transport in victoria is a disgrace. The guide line is that a train is not considered late if its no more than 10 minutes! The new trains kept on having brake failures (force less services on the day) because they were designed to run 4 carriages rather than 6.

a good mate of mine use to work as a assistant project manager (IT) for the state government, they had this book shelf looking things sitting in the hall way for 6 month and no one knew what they were or why they were there. one day someone finally pop the question and they realised that they ordered a batch of servers at few mil per shot, for some reason the project as abandoned, and hence these "shelves" just sits there. my mate said isn't that a waste, his manager replied, "well its not your money, don't worry about it".

i reckon brumby does less than PP and PP doesn't do anything!

Putting PP and Brumby in the same sentence is a little unfair.

And for PP I mean as well and thats saying something. :D

I love visiting Melbourne, but everytime I'm at the end of my visit I'm glad I'm going back to Adelaide. I'm sure I wouldn't do anything more interesting there than I do here, but the difference is it takes 4 times longer to get anywhere to go and do it over there. Commuting pisses me off - on a really busy day it takes me 7 minutes to get to work, but usually when I drive it takes me an hour or so, because I go via the hills or quirky backstreets or coast for fun.

Yeah - that's like being a lesbian and buying two frangers when you don't have a use for just one.

I've got "FIORANO" QLD plates to sell. Is there somewhere in this community to post them up?

I'm only new here and don't want to be doing the wrong thing.

    Cheers.

Sell them in a QLD newspaper or use a plates site like http://www.mrplates.com.au/ or sell them at a Shannons auction. You wont have much love on here if the only reason you signed up was to sell plates...

Going by that site, it seems alot of randoms have been buying up plates in QLD to get rich, the reality is that only heritage plates make any decent money.
http://www.mrplates.com/forsale/display.asp?state=QLD&ID=YOU_TUBE&cat=&order=plateNumb_desc&page=2 $80k WTF ?? LOOL the owner of utube is in the states why would anyone be that keen here

No, not the only reason. I've always loved these cars ... but I didn't know this community existed until I started looking into places I could possibly sell the plates.

So I guess I am part "evil plate seller" and part lover of Ferrari.
