Blackadmks a new band comprised of a couple of guys from Arrested Development, will be playing at my buddy Dave's bar on Friday. We have been talking to them about signing with our new record label and they agreed to put on a show to showcase their talents. The bar - Swampgrass Willy's is on Alt A1A between Northlake and PGA. thats funny, swampgrass willies doesnt seem like your guys kinda bar...its a dive bar, whole in the wall...use to go there after work once in a while back in the day.
Dave, the owner of Swampgrass, has been my best friend since we were babies. Our Mama's used to put us into a crib together. It is a bit of a dive - but goes through cycles. Like to think it is on an upswing at the moment. Always a decent local band playing. We recently took over part of the space to construct a recording studio. If you ever find yourself there, feel free to drop my name with Dave or his wife Tiffany - probably good for a drink on my tab. Scottie
