As part of the restoration of my 365BB (#18265) i needed to remove all four corners of the suspension so that the A-arms, etc., could get plated, new shocks and bushings fitted, etc. Once removed, all four corners (about 250lbs and oddly shaped) had to get hauled down to Bill Pollard (the King of all Ferrari mechanics) in CT. They were too heavy for me to comfortably lift into my wifes Audi Q7 or Landy D-90 so the Big Fiat, my 400i daily driver (#049773) once again had to come to the rescue!

Nope, not that! Funny thing is that it is probably the best sorted / most reliable 400i on the planet, as well as just about the most worthless. Can you imagine the "for sale" ad? "Frequently driven in snow, salt and rain", "can replace a small pickup for parts hauling duties", "burns lots of oil"! Ha!

It really is crazy how the best driven Ferrari's are worth the least becouse, well the have been driven and if they are low miles and have not been used are worth more, but how can they be well sorted?
So Ferrari's that have been driven are worth less than show queens, so does this mean "Ferrari owners are not always a Ferrari driver"?

You may be able to do that to your car but I'll bet you got in trouble for using the bath towels.
