Playstation 3 Warranty Info Question HELP!!!

Please help me. My hard disk went out today. Sad moment. Well, I did the online service, and I have a question, will I pay for shipping or will they. I bought the Playstation on March 25, 2008, they said they will send an email, but I do not know when, and was hoping some F-chat people might help me much faster.

Again, thank you in advance, anyone else having this problem either with a 40 GB PS3, let me know and we will get in touch with Sony about this problem, which I bet is only me.

 

Actually, SCEA will be sending me a pre-paid shipping box.

Just got an email from them, I was expecting a while for them to send the email.
Hopefully I get upgraded to the 80 GB base.

Yes, you go to Settings -> System Settings, and Backup Hard disk. Thats about it.
