    I just washed the FCar and took it in to work on Friday. We've got a guy whose job it is to keep the geese out of the parking lot. I don't think he's doing a very good job.

    Goose marinaded in Spiedies for 24 hours in the fridge is sublime (cubed first, then skewered with mushroom, tomato, and bell peppers for kabobs). I've served it a few times and enjoyed the following exchange repeatedly:
    Is this filet mignon ?
    No, it's goose
    But I don't like goose!
    Well, apparently you do now :)

    Spiedies works especially well for pork too.
