Morning/afternoon and whatever else it maybe, all.

Hamilton reckons Massa will be a hard man to beat from pole position.

Looking forward to this... Lewis v Massa battle to be continued........

Get the feeling LH will have a real go at the start despite the soft talk.
Must've rankled a bit when FM got him last start.

Good morning Steve and thanks for starting the race thread. I think we'll see another "Monaco Style" race with Valencia in that you best be up front if you want to garner points (that's of course unless accidents start to occur and I'm sure we'll see the safety car for sure). I just hope that the start is a clean one.

    Good afternoon everyone.

Hmm...the Valencia track has been described as a very good track for overtaking with its fast straights...

Thanks Steve. Weather.com is showing it to be sunny and warm in Valencia this afternoon. GP2 is showing on Speed right now - what a shame for Pantano on the last lap - that sucks - going from leader to just barely crossing the line (this was the first GP2 race of the weekend) - he would have had a 15 point championship lead. . . . he ran out of fuel. He still maintains the lead with diGrassi coming on strong in third. I'm not a fan of street circuits - not much of a view for spectators from what's shown on tv.

    Lots of great racing today!

    Carol

Maybe, but given where the STRs start, I think Ferrari power may be the ace here.

Which'd be nice -- this *is* a Ferrari forum. ;)

G'Day all! The track looks interesting! Hopefully not a mechanical issue for Massa today and Kimi if he gets a good start... should be interesting race!
