One reason I take offense to their biased call is it undermines the UK drivers' actual achievements.
If LH or Charging Nigel is always so much better than the other guy and should always win, it turns good performances into failure and wins into the expected due.
Give the other guy some credit and there's merit in competing with him.
Listen to the radio Le Mans guys commentate Rob Bell's race. Thats how its done without the ridiculous jingoism.

    Who rattled my cage?.....
To use one of your buddies' favorite words, any Hamilton sycophant, who is ready to look the other way when he fs up, but is really fast to point the finger at others when they make a mistake.

Last ten minutes of GT-2 quals are up on the video page at radiolemans.com. Shows the #62 car setting his time and the Taffel car not quite able to get there despite running in company.

Why is it that you and people who dislike Hamilton so strongly can do nothing but endlessly pour over and react to everything he says or does? pathetic.

I thought the purpose of education was to learn to think for yourself.

Amazing how the drive, performance and misfortunes have bounced between KR and FM. Kimi does appear to be slacking for some reason. Same for Mclaren and Ferrari. 3 weeks ago McLarren was considered unbeatable and then today Ferrari appear to be bumbling indiots while they win. Go figure.

Not dissing MS, but this is more exciting than watching him and RB take off and hide 2 laps in. Now you have to watch the entire race, warts and all.

    On to MoSport

Scuderia's biggest problem at this point is management IMO. Anyone else beginning to miss J.T. ?

I for one am pleased that Massa got to keep a well deserved win. He raced a great race and kept the car on line and fast. Kimi just wasn't in the game today but I wouldn't count him out just yet. He got nailed by Hamilton in the pits in Montreal and that cost him a win for sure with Hamilton getting no points.

Too rich Ron...you know there are a lot of people on this forum who know you've been behind "SchuMassa" since he was paired with MS.

That's the correct decision. The pit lighting deal was the problem with that situation, not Massa. Massa gave the position to Sutil, so he was blameless in this incident.

Quite a few people had an issue with me making that point about 5 races ago. They insisted nothing was wrong because Ferrari still had the WDC and WCC lead. I saw a more deep-seated issue that was being remedied only by a vastly superior car to others on the grid. As they caught up, the problems began to show more.

Steve you really are just as biased toward McClaren and LH as anyone here is toward KR, FM and Ferrari. The only difference is many times you can be funny as H___!! So keep up the good work, normally I would argue go to a Mercedes site if you love them so much but the great debate would suffer greatly if you left so please stick around and keep raising my blood pressure with pro LH comments and Ferrari bashing!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We will of course continue to give you crap at any possible moment just like now FM, Ferrari #1.

Well done race today by Massa, but heartbreaking to see Kimi's engine blow.

I am glad you are finally seeing the light, Ron ;) :D

I take it you've never seen Schumacher, Senna, etc line up at the start with their cars pointed in the direction of the driver they're trying to get/keep behind them.

I don't believe he was penalized for it, right?

Yay!!! No win situation for whoever hit the button to let him go. If the pit held Phil to let Sutil pass, Phil would want to crucify whoever held him, based on the (what we now know is wrong) assumption he would have gotten out ahead.

I think you're probably wrong. My impression from Steve's posts is that he believes LH to be an exceptionally good driver, with huge potential and, as a fellow countryman, he's very happy to see him do well. I don't, though, recall seeing anything from Steve to suggest that he is a McLaren fan. I think he'd be more than happy to see LH in a Ferrari.
