Roo was tasty

I had a hard time keeping the camera still on that pass from the laughing - I've seen native fauna commit suicide plenty of times (the Corella that hit me and Lester in the NSX this morning was quite the fashion explosion) but never by leaping off a cliff!

For those who need a more visual idea of what happened - I saw this roo come blistering around the corner with eyes looking like it just sat on a firecracker - then the Lambo comes around and drops to first (which initiates a massive V12 rev-over-matching roar) and the poor roo goes arse-over-tit and skids to the precipice of the road - and then JUMPS down the embankment!!!

Great shots Ash. Love the 2nd to last shot pickin up the contours of the road. Looks you you must have been lying down to take the pic.

 

Yeah - I don't have a tripod for the camera but let's just say I'm taller when I'm horizontal.

I love the down shifts on the Lambos!! It sounds amazing if you sitting inside at the time, especially in a Gallardo Spyder!
