Well guys, sorry for the delay in putting pics online but I must say, it is much more fun to drive this car than post pics of it. I have never had this feeling in driving any of the past Ferraris I have owned. the CS is an unbelievable car; raw power and very minimalistic, which I have found is what I longed for in a Ferrari.

I see many people posting questions regarding the comparison between the CS and a 430. I have owned 3 360s (1 Modena and 2 Spiders) and a 430 (07 Coupe). I can say without looking back that the CS is everything I failed to get from the others and more.

I bought this one from the guys at Ferrari of New England. Awesome guys. Two small problems with the car and they are standing behind the quick fix. One small door ding on the passenger door and a small slice in the front tire. They are paying for the fixes without any complaint. The car was completely as they described. A pure gem.

Rossa Scuderia, black leather seats with carbon shells and red contrast stitching, leather rear shelf and sills, hifi, red calipers, black alcantara dash with contrast stitching. Carbon everywhere (except the steering wheel which I think I must remedy), even carbon in the engine bay (standard?).

In comparing it to the 430, I can tell you the raw feeling of the car makes the CS a leap ahead of the 430. The stability of the CS is much better than the 430. I think the 430 was almost too refined and too "comfortable" inside. The CS gives you the true feeling of being in a track/race car. It is amazing how much lower the ride is, how you feel the true speed and handling of the car. The sound is what has left me unable to turn the stereo on. At 4500 rpms, you feel and hear the scream and then again at 6500 rpms.....it is an exhilirating sound and feeling.

The look is also much better than the 430. The rear of the 430 was a nightmare for me. Without the challenge grill, the 430 looks too feminine, too refined. With the grill, it looks too choppy and disjointed. The rear of the CS is amazing. The lines of the 360 are much better than the 430, but with the CS it is on steroids!

I cannot describe it well enough at this point. Need more time behind the wheel. One more description. When I bought a 360 and even the 430, I was left saying "what's next" just a week after owning it. With the CS, I am left saying, this is a dream!

That's when you know you made the right move.

Better pics to come. This is all I have for now!

Perfect Joe.....Perfect. The CS is definitely a "special" ride. You're just beginning to discover what all the "fuss" is about regarding this Ferrari.

Joe, that's exactly how I feel after going from a 360 to a CS. It's been 8 months and every time I get into the CS, it still feels very special and excites me like nothing else. However it is a little too stable. I miss the 360's rotation in response to lift throttle on the track.

Congrats on the CS purchase! Enjoy in good health! Now you need to put the stripe on it to complete the "CS LOOK" I did on my first CS and then really enjoyed it.

Congrats mate, i'm getting away from the thought of replacing my 360modena with F430 every day.
I have exactly the same feelings about the back of 430 (and front nostrils), i hope i can find a nice CS like yours next year.

Your dream is my dream ;)

thanks for all the great wishes. My dog, Jake absolutely loves the car too, but he only helps with the washing! As for the house, that one isn't mine. I am tucked into the woods and more secluded, which is a bonus since all of the neighbors are always nosey and trying to pry into everyone's business. Wish I could have Jake chase them away, but he would just lick them to death.....more pics to come tonight!

Funny you mention that your dog's name is Jake. My parents have a little yorkie which they decided to name Jake, and I for one, don't think it really fits a 7 pound dog. Again, beautiful CS.
