No doubt about it....a scam. Ain't no 250 GTOs in Barrie, Ontario. Even the photo says 'Not Actual Car'.

This car is supposedly located in the US. The Car Experience in Canada in simply a website for listing high-end cars for sale:

    http://www.thecarexperience.com/

If you do a search, you will find the car listed for sale here - no mention of price. You have to request a contact phone number through the website.

Oscar: You and your 275gtb have lived the life many people wish they had. I am sure you have wonderful memories you will never forget driving that car. Thanks for posting.

It's nice to see a GTO parked next to its younger brother.

My first thought looking at that pic was wow. The second thought was, has anyone ever done a comparison between the body of the GTO62 and the 275GTB to see which is the more aerodynamically efficient. I always assumed it would be be the newer 275 but looking at that picture I'm not so sure.

Looking at the photo, the same question entered my mind.

This is the back....Well, I am happy it added something to this thread. God it was cold that week, we drove a few hours later in the snow......And defrost? Problema Gigantica, whatever lever you use the "steaming window" was all over.....And hey ,not because of that.

It's amazing, but the GTO just looks like a goddess regardless of colour.

    OK; rookie question.
In etienne's series of photographs, post #157, last picture of red GTO and red car to the right of it. What is that car ?
Dont believe I've ever seen that.
    Stunning !

The first time I saw a GTO, it was being driven along San Vicente in Brentwood by its owner Mark Slotkin. It was stunning in red with two orange running lights on the roof. It was like crossing paths with Marilyn Monroe! It makes the similarly styled 275GTB look bloated and overweight by comparison.

Years later, the situation was reversed. I had acquired the car and was driving down the Sunset Strip when Mark Slotkin saw it and pulled me over to talk.

about the comparison of the 250 gto and the 275 gtb, I do not agree about the godess of the gto and the rude 275. the back of a gto is very nicely stiled (and also aero dynamics probably better) but f.i. the front screen of a 250 looks hideous compared to the nicely styled 275. Two different cars, but in most aspects the 275 is the modern nephew (suspension/gears/brakes).
Well this will lead to some discussion...

    Sorry,it's in french.
