Hi! I'm looking for a competent machine shop (preferably in So Cal) that can make prototype aluminum rotor hats. Any information would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks!

Thanks Jay! Is this Design Products Racing or is it a machine shop?

It doesn't appear Porterfield makes rotor hats but on a side note I wasn't aware THEY CAN make any size, shape and compound brake pad you want. That could definitely prove useful! Thanks for the tip!

+1 on Don at Design Products. He is a race car fabricator, so he has machine shop capabilities. Don has built parts for Mazda Motorsports, Eibach, and several other reputable Socal corporate clients, so his work is first class.

    Thanks!
Someone is currently considering the job but if that falls through I'll give Don a call.
