    there were a few times when i've tried to capitalize on pricing errors, and that always happens. i.e. one time i tried to buy a bunch of high-capacity hard drives at something like $1.66 each from dell, and they (obviously) wouldn't honor it

    I read about it on Gizmodo. They dont have to honor a price when I have the receipt too?

    I know its a long shot but I had to buy it. lol

    They won't honor the price even if you have the receipt, its a price mistake (maybe), or someone wants to get fired. :D

    I've had this problem before, it took forever to get them to respond, and I only got my money back, it was for something cheap so I didn't mind if I would've lost about 14 dollars. But props to you if they ship it. I wouldn't get my hopes up though. I need a tv, and I saw this but I already have no money in my account, just cash. Oh and also, people on Slickdeals.net are saying myOfficeSource went MIA and deleted everything on Amazon.com

    In Nova Scotia if a store shows a lower price, the store must give you your item at $10.00 below the wrong {low} price. If the item is under $10.00 you get it for free.

    Ahh, you tried. Also this would boil down to "a request to buy an item that you have not yet paid for".

    Next time buy 20,000 of them and still sell them for 40 cents on the dollar and retire.
