Stan Baker's grandson posted family pictures out on another board in trying to identify the below Ferrari roadster. Just posting here to give him a hand via the experts here. (Quite a few similiarities to the 212/225 that was with the Ford family for a long time)

Plates are "RT-168" from Colorado, white walls and sidepipes?!?! Anyone have a clue. Picture from the late 50's or early 60's.

The Ferrari coupe is Stan's 250 Europa (sn#0351 EU) from January 1962 at the GoldenGate Bridge / San Francisco. There have been some writeups as of late on this already in the Ferrari world.

The roadster has to be the ex-Henry Ford II car (0253EU)...there was only one left hand drive example of that car, no? And it did spend time in Colorado at one point.

0253 EU was sold new by the factory to first owner Giuseppe Santi of Rome, Italy (October 1952).
I have factory paperwork confirming this. In 53 it was imported to USA and in 54 sold to the Ford Family in Dearborn/MI. Then came a further eight (8) owners both in USA and Europe. 0253 EU belongs to the Peterson Automotive Museum in L.A. since March 2005.

The Colorado plates "RT-168" are from 1957 when Bob Moffett of Golden/CO owned it, Bob paid US$ 4'500 for it.

    Hello, Mr. Massini –

I've been following your posts on this page for months now –*the Ferrari brand is lucky to have you as an (unofficial) representative. I'm currently completing a research project on "0253 EU" – the Ferrari Barchetta that many people connect with Henry Ford II. You mentioned that you had access to the original factory paperwork for "0253 EU" and that it indicated the first owner was Giuseppe Santi of Rome. This is also what my research has indicated, but I lack proof –*I was wondering if you could either post on this forum or email me a copy of the factory document that indicates Santi's ownership. Here's my personal email:

Thank you so much in advance, Mr. Massini!
