Everything humanely possible was done to save the lives of the poor carjackers (probably victims of the greedy Republican Administration),they were flown not driven, to the nearest hospital but only one survived.
Will there be a day of mourning for the one that died, proclaimed by Sharpton?

as the story pointed out, she was a true victim, at the wrong place at the wrong time, now instead of getting charged with a lesser crime, this guy will hopefully get charged with murder, not only for the woman who died, but for his accomplice as well.

You know you set back and look and read about things happening like this and you really have to wonder about the mental state of the people that are doing this. Do they really think that they are going to get away with something like this? I mean did they really set around and say, "Hey lets go pick someone out of a crowd, get them to get us some money, buy some beer and have a great time and then we just wont do it again." Jesus Christ, what do people think before and during the time that things like this are going on that it's just going to happen and then be over with just like that?

It's bad when you can't even go to a mall and shop without having to look over you're shoulder and wonder if someone is going to attack you or not.

The death penalty should be implemented for any gang related violence at the federal level. We have a social nightlife area here in kc(westport) thats been destroyed by gangs. No one goes there anymore.

It is not, and should not be, EMS' job to decide if someone deserves the best care possible.

Over 250,000 people in my "gang" that would love to spend some time with the survivor.

We would be happy to clean up that place too.

Yes, but I bet you would have recognized the bb gun (as reported) and the outcome would have been very different.

Criminal have too many rights. People who do this type of stuff should be left in a room with the victims family or representatives of the family for one hour. The criminal will be strapped down to a chair. The family members can bring in weapons of their choice if they wish. What the victims family members chooses to do when the door shuts is their choice. The only rule is they are given one hour.

We can give it a nice PC sounding name. Something like "Interactive Death Penalty".

    In reality?
He will settle for a plea bargain with admission of guilt and 20years in prison, out in 10 for good behavior.
After all,"he only tried to rob her not kill and her death was result of an accident caused by the chase started unnecessarily by the Police"

If he is tried in Prince William County, where the crash happened, he will have Commonwealth's Attorney Paul Ebert prosecuting him. Ebert has the record for the most death row convictions of any CA in Virginia history. My wife used to prosecute in Ebert's group. If they add murder to this punk's charges, he will fry.

Nice....by your comments you already judged them to be black and then tried to make some sort of political statement.

All I can say is with the same conviction that you express: you must be a racist republican who is probably shooting AK47s with the 'experienced' major of Moosetown USA.

At the time of the accident the police did not know jack shet. They had a high speed crash with one fatality and two critically injured. If you trust the police that they will make a judgement call and say: must be a car jacking so let's just leave them there, then you must trust them if you ever to get into an accident that the cop that shows up does not say: rich idiot driving too fast, serves him good.

    Think this through.
