i have put 360 wheels full width rears on my wifes 81 308 gtsi not only do you have to replace the shocks but you have to move them in at the bottom about an inch which meant cutting the upper control arm and rebracing it then when you get that done the inner wheel well will rub so you have to pull that in straight and either brace it from the frame or build a steel brace around the bottom the fiberglass inner wheel well tends to bow out towards the tire from engine heat over time and will rub on the inside of the tire

Would this not work on a 308/328/mondial?

    Yes, of course it would.
Initial models of both the 308 and Mondial had same size wheels and tires at all 4 corners - just depends on how you want the car to handle.

love that color...wheels look really nice on your car...i think these car look very good with wider wheels...don't know if you like chrome but with that color, chrome would have people breakin their neck to get a second and third look...

    Been doing chrome for years....

And the new wheels are actually narrower than stock on the back, although I'm using the same width tires. Didn't trust a chopped and narrowed magnesium wheel.

I love the look and the changes it made to the driving feel.

The wheels are 18" speedlines wth 8 1/2" fronts and 10" rears.
    No modifications needed.
