We have dozens of these cars here in Monroe/West Monroe. Usually they are of the Ford Crown Vic / Mercury variety. Lots of KoolAid and M&M paint jobs. I'm really not sure who started the trend, maybe its a NASCAR thing, but I get a good laugh every time I pass one. Cheers, Joel
That's what I am told, I have yet to see a estimate, they only want to give me $9,600 for the car when I just put $750.00 in tires and a $250 windshiled in last month. It did have 180,020 trouble free miles on it.
At first I was surprised when they totaled mine too. 2008 Altima, 22k miles. Hard damage to rear driver's side door with some damage to front-end. Side airbag deployment but not the front. Book on the car is $11,300. 00 the estimate is over $7,000.00 so I guess they are figuring with a supplement it will be over 75% of the value so why bother. Oh well , they still haven't come up with a figure for the value on the car that I am going to accept but I already went and bought a new 09 Accord and traded the Expedition for a Odyssey for my wife so I now own zero American Cars. I guess I am a Honda guy now, although I still have owned more Ferraris than any other brand .
I saw a 1000 Hp at the rear wheel, Ford Yellow GT today. SO...... I rode in it. At the track. It did like 180 on the straight. Bah bah bah. Just another boarding day. kelly

Ok, let's go buy a Ford GT, take off the super charger and put in dual turbos. 1000 at the rear wheel, dyno tested. It was hard for him to keep up with the shifting of the car. It really need a paddle shifter. 178mph down the main straight. Kelly
The blue and white one with an exhaust and tune put down over 600 horsepower on the dyno at stang-hi performance. No pulley swap, no new intake, nothing. My padre could tell you the exact number, but it was six hundred something rear wheel horsepower on a stock motor. But Kelly does like to round up. 178 to 180, prolly like 987 to 1000.
