The Veyron has great numbers, but it's not really a proper drving machine - it would struggle to stay with a Scuderia on twisty roads. So I think with Ferrari's chassis engineering and car set-up it wouldn't really take much to produce a better driver's car than the Veyron, even one with 1350bhp.

 

Ferraris have never been about top speed and acceleration: it's about the entire package.

If you compare the porky Veyron (1900kg!!!) and the new FX70, even with "speculated" numbers, you'll find out that the Ferrari will be much lighter, more aerodynamically efficient and with a chassis balance that will be way superior to the Veyron (one must not forget that the Veyron was designed first, and only THEN tested in the windtunnel and they realized the design was not at all aerodynamically efficient, hence the redesign of the front and addition of spoilers). Ferraris are not conceived that way and their new supercar will draw a lot from all technologies they have worked on their F1 programme.

Basically it will be best supercar.

Exactly what I told him.. especially since he's had a little come together with Ferrari before - they had him turn over his Ferrari page to them (through a hired Swiss lawyer... yikes!).

 

I don't know if it's true, it appears suspicious for me.

im not in the auto industry or anything but frankly why would they have a internal memo that has all of that information already in it? idk like i doubt that they would have a piece of paper like that with all of the most critical information just blatantly out there since everyone already working on the project would know all the specs beforehand. btw why would it be in english? that is by far the biggest give away that it is less than credible.

 

i want better numbers.WAY better numbers.Bugatti is comin out with a 1300hp Veyron to try and crush all and were just gettin to 2.7.No matter what Ferrari will reign supreme.
