    Look really good like that.
Prefer them without coloured sections myself, especially with a GTS, as there's already a lot happening visually with the body.

Thanks for that, I was trying to have a contrast in finishes, with the outer wheel rim polished shiny and the inner spoke section matte.

I had the center section media blasted (to give it the slightly "rough" textured surface), and then had it clear anodized for protection.

It's a subtle distinction, but that's what I was after.

(In the close-up picture below, there's some rubber tire protectorant overspray on the rim, thus the splotchy appearance. Since cleaned up properly and polished)

    Cheers - DM

I believe ALL the factory 308/328 16" wheels were magnesium, only the aftermarket reproductions where aluminum.

I am sorry but this is wrong. There were NO factory 16" in magnesium.

Actually, I went back and did some checking, it would appear that the 308 factory wheels ARE magnesium, or have a significant portion that is magnesium. http://ferrarichat.com/forum/showpost.php?p=137242803&postcount=2 I trust Steve Manussson's posts, as he researches everything quite thoroughly before posting, unlike me, who spouts off at every opportunity! ;)

Later 328 wheels were only in aluminum.

Sort of funny since I had to stop on the way to work today to let three moose cross the road. Unfortunately, the "AK" also means driving season is now over.
