I broke brackets of my braces at least 2 or 3 times chewing Now and Laters. LOL.

    Warheads sour gum.

The different flavored lolly pops they sold in high school for like 50 cents.

How could anyone forget.....the Double Mint Twins!!!

Don't they still make Now and Laters?

adding to your story, If you have a very loose tooth, doubt anyone does, but if your kids do, make them eat a Now and Later. Worked for me when I was little, popped right out, and I still had the Now and Later flavor in my mouth.

They still have those lollypops, they did at my school, I had to sell them for German, but my yearbook teacher also sold them, so I traded some bad flavors and used to steal one, freshman year of high school. :D But it might look weird to go to your local high school to get a lolly pop. :D :D :D

Those Marathon Bars were wicked hard to chew, and took forever to eat. I guess that's why they weren't called Sprints.

most old time candies are still available. some of my faves which may or may not be around are squirrel nut zippers, responsible for several dental mishaps. mary janes, chewy with a peanut butter center. nibs, black licorice bits with an exotic artwork box camel caravan with the pyramids in the background. bonamo's turkish taffy. banana or chocolate. put it in the freezer them smack it to break it into small bits. lordy, no wonder i've got false teeth.

I use to and still sometimes do eat the lemon peels. Why on earth we eat them I have no idea. Maybe because my friends look at me like I'm crazy. lol
    No joke. Such rubbish.

What about Beef Jerky Snuff? Wonder if they still make it?
