That hardtop does look great! It suits the car very nicely IMO.

Also wanted to mention, that is one hot looking ACR!

Today I spotted several cool cars. I saw three different black Nissan GT-R's, a Gallardo Nera, a ZR1, a BMW M1, two classic Aston Martins, a Countach, etc...

    I'll post some photos later.

Awesome pics and car show. Looks like you were spottin' a little more than a ZR1 in a couple of those photos, lol. The turbo on that Supra is ginormous.

The Supra puts out over 1600 HP. It will be in this years "Texas Mile".

    Hey, I'll be there! :)
Were you planning on checking it out this October as well?

The picture with the 3 TR's is awesome! The GTR with the dark, dark grey wheels and temporary tags looks like the one I've seen a couple times around here.

Aside from the Ferrari meet, which show was this?

Def a great spot with that ZR1 ;)

Do you have more pics of the fan??, er...I mean MILF???

I didn't know that they were on the road yet (ZR1), I'll have to look at the local dealer to see the allocation!!!

    Micheal,

Great pics! Wish I had made that show, but we were having our neighborhood fly in that day! Looks like there were some REALLY nice cars AND nice FANS of ZR1 vette's too!

Thanks for sharing the pics! Well done! LOVE that M1! Do you know the owner??? I think you know everyone in the Austin car world...would love to see that car up close some day!

Yes, the owner is K.C. Colvin. You better go check it out soon so that you can see what it looks like before they install the full factory carbon fiber race body kit. :)

Tyler, sorry I must have missed your post, I didn't mean to ignore you.

I don't know anything about the Texas Mile. When is it and is it more than one day. They wanted me to be the event photographer last year but I already had plans. I seem to recall that it was a multiple day event.

This show was the annual Rudy's classic car show. Obviously they had more than just classics...

That's so cool, I live right around you too, well other than Arizona.

Isn't it during the summer, I was going to go with a buddy if it was during the summer and if it didn't conflict with the finals schedule. Will check it out if it's in the summer, if not then I miss yet another event.

    It's alright, no harm done.

This event occurs twice a year; once in the spring and once in the fall. This upcoming event is on Saturday October 25, and Sunday October 26th. From experience, the best turnouts are on Saturday, but all the records are broken on Sunday.

You can find more info here , on the official website. Someone should be making a thread on the event anytime now.

Let me know if I'll see you out there.

While I was in Austin the other day for a p-car meet, I saw a red ~2006 Viper SRT-10 on I35 yesterday. It had a single black stripe to the hood air intake.

And this was not to mention a very, very special 1982 928. :)

I'm not sure exactly where I saw it, but it was somewhere on the North side of town. I believe the Viper was heading North on I35. This would have been sometime in the early afternoon, before 2:00.

My brother was driving on the Mopac access road this morning at 10:30 and he was passed at a high rate of speed by a red Enzo. He said the Enzo turned onto Barton Springs Rd.

Today I spotted a Sapphire blue Viper GTS, a red with silver stripes Viper GTS (with the ugly roof scoop), a grey Aston Martin DB9 (I think.. they all look the same to me) & the same silver GranTurismo I see everyday.
