I used Birdmans blocks. This guy should get a medal!! They came to me in 2-3 days very fast!! The kit was the two blocks and all hardware + some. It was so simple my 4 year old helpd me!! He unscrewd the old blocks. The whole job start to finish only took us 1 hour, I could have done it in half the time but I was showing Tyler!! When I got my old blocks away from the dash there was signs that at some point they had started to melt, and someone tried to do a sh*t job fixing it!! Every 308 out there should have these blocks on their car!! Thanks the Masons!

I think it would be worth buying a set of the Birdman blocks (I am using them and very happy) as a backup set. Keep using the ones currently in your car until you have an issue...which some day you probably will. When that time comes, pull out the new fuse blocks and 30-45 minutes later, you are back in business.

I put a set of Birdmans blocks in my 84 QV as a precaution. It was easy, less than an hour. What I got was a dramatic improvement in several systems. Headlights, dash lights, etc brighter, windows faster, fans blow better. Well worth the effort and cost.

i have purchased 5 sets of his fuseblocks so far, and they truely do make a difference in how the whole cars electrical sytem works. i cannot praise him highly eough. no 308 should be without these.

benefits : a/c works, windows are faster, dash lights brighter, fans blow faster and harder, signals actually work and are bright. headlight that are actually bright enough to use is also a welcome plus.

Do take a look at Sam's fuseboxes. They take the OE covers and blade fuses which
are easier to get hold of than the glass ones.
