    I have heard that the Ferrari F1 car is Rosso Corsa, but I have also heard it is some color called Rosso Nuevo? What is it?

    The new Ferrari F1 cars have Rosso Nuevo for the 2008 season. :):)

    I think Schumi raced with Rosso Scuderia last season. :):)

    Someone feel free to correct me if I am wrong. :):)

    The colours on an F1 car varies and can change often from Corsa, Scuderia, Nuevo and even that dark metalick red of last season. My advice to you is just buy a red 355 mate. When you see the right one it will shout yes to you.

    I think what I'd like to find is list of all the colors that the F1 car was for all the years and say if I was buying a 1999 Ferrari, I would find what the F1 color was that year and get a 99 in that color. Does anyone know where I could find a list like that, showing the colors that the Ferrari F1 car was throughout the years?

    I haven't heard the name "rosso nuevo" anytime before! I've spoken with an mechanic from ferrari this year in may in maranello, and he told me that the darkred metallic color that ferrari uses since last years monaco-grandprix was named "Rosso Monte-Carlo!"

    I think that mechanic must have been drinking too much red wine when he told you that! :p:p

    Rosso Nuevo IS the new race car colour man. It is also an expensive paint option on the new 430 Scuderia. An Aussie Fchatter has ordered a 430 Scuderia with this new paint. Rosso Nuevo paint cost him an extra AU $33k!! :eek::eek:

    I also read here somewhere not too long ago that they stopped optioning Rosso Nuevo paint because they were having trouble with the paint on customers cars. I cant confirm that 100% though. :):)
