Cars & Coffee 10/04/08

We will be having our monthly Cars & Coffee this upcoming Saturday the 4th staring at 7:30AM. It is at the Gainey Village Shopping Center located on the southeast corner of Scottsdale rd. & Doubletree. The difference this month and the months to come is that we will be parking just 100 yards east of Coffee Bean (same place we had last months event) by Oliver Smith Jewelers and Pei Wei restaurant. The parking lot is wide open there with plenty of shade and room since we have really out grown the parking spaces in front of Coffee Bean. As always all makes and models of cool cars are invited. I'll hopefully be joining this one as a passenger. Flying in from NJ Friday night and staying with my uncle, "Nerd" from here.
I think I met a couple folks back in February when I was out there... hope to see you all again!

Based on some posts I've read, I wouldn't exactly call it "drama-free." There are only a few individuals that I know of that are creating drama and you'd never guess where they are.

If Cars and Coffee starts to have the drama of a typical car club (Ferrari-FCA, Jaguar-JCNA , Porsche-PCA, Shelby-SAAC, etc.), you, Jason and I can get a cup in Chandler.

Topless passengers? yellow passengers? Topless drivers ? It should be fun!

 

I kind of like where your going with the topless thing. Might have to arrange some activities later that night

There is no C&C drama. That is the point. As for that post...... Sometimes the truth hurts.

So it's jaundiced strippers! Should be good fun. I think that the topless drivers idea might be a bit much for a Saturday morning!

Sold the Queen....still have the 355. Restoring a little BMW 2800 CS for a fun daily driver up in Vegas....something to keep me occupied up here in Nevada.

As for Juandiced Stippers....I think I can find better.....Crack or Meth riddled Strippers.......from the great state of Nevada/California! I seem to fly them in on Friday to make their money and fly them home on Sunday to spend it. Burbank to Vegas on a Friday night is quite entertaining.

It doesn't get any better than Friday night BUR-LAS. Unless you like to see 'em burned out, used up, worn out then Sunday LAS-BUR is the place to be...

Having a blast with the 348, would like to trade for something older (GT4, etc) but so far no luck.

Looks like it's supposed to be similar to what it is today, but cooler. I hope that's the case. Very comfortable and great photo weather.
