The side view really reminds me of the Panamera.
I see an M6/Charger blend..... Of course the nose is all lambo, but the rest it interesting. I don't mind the car, but not sure if there is a market for it.
I personally think Porsche can get away with this. Not Lambo Now looking at the live pics I can't say I like it. It definetly has Chrysler (neuveau-retro) written all over it.
me too. unfortunately anti-SUV sentiment probably killed that proposal. maybe when they become fashionable again
I cant deal with it - theres no soul anymore in the "finer" companies - Ferrari with the new california to make it more affordable, the Lambo with a Sedan ! Porsche with a Sedan ! yet Aston Martin was the only company that actually put some effort into their sedan and made something nice..... whats next really.... a four door Zonda or how about a CCX station wagon
If it has scissor doors it will sell to at least the rap crowd. But I think it's a bad path for Lambo to take. I'd rather see them make a sports car smaller then the Gallaro with the emphasis on extremely low weight. The Gallardo and Murci' cover the GT car and supercar areas well.
I don't understand the need for these vehicles either. When I was young I never dreamt of a 4 door Countach. I really don't think this is the appropriate direction for these companies to take. Maserati does it well, as does Aston and even Jaguar, but leave the others out of it.
I love Lamborghinis and, I guess, until I see it in the flesh I can't make a final decsion but I'm not in love with this at the moment. I'm all for four seats but I think it should be a 2+2 with 2 doors and better styling. Get Lucke Donkerwolke back!
the side profile is fantastic. overall a very good effort. price it around $225K and I will buy one. much more than that though and the new bimmer 7 series starts looking pretty good. bravo to Lambo for having the courage to do this. won't please everyone...but Lambo usually doesn't care anyway...!!
Yuk. I think the modernized Espada looks way better (full 4-seater but only 2 doors). Image Unavailable, Please Login
The Estoque looks like a decent car. But the front end is way too aggressive for a sedan. When will the auto manufacturers learn to tone down the grille? The Porsche Panamera 4 door was a disaster because it was also a sedan with a "Turbo" looking front end.
I don't mind the look of it but Lamborghini don't have a competitive engine for it. The Murci V12 is too rough for a luxury car, the V10 isn't powerful enough and putting any Audi engine in it will make it an Audi. I don't think it will ever see the light of day.
