Mr Bean's holiday was the last film Rowan Atkinson made as the famed Mr Bean. It's really unfortunate as that was one of the funniest shows/movies I've ever watched. I always try to watch the half hour shows for a good laugh whenever possible

 

Hes driving his Mclaren F1 and banging super models....lifes rough.

We used to watch Mr Bean all of the time on BBC, great show! I never saw the movies that he did though, they would have to be something really special to beat the shows though.

 

the last bean was a crap movie. the 1997 movie was real good tho.

 

I remember that dreaded chorus with him dropping down from a ray of light and that teddy bear he always played with.

I loved that show! I sometimes catch it on the Spanish channel and watch it b/c there isn't much dialogue. Haha...

Like 8 years ago..........

 

His half-hour shows were great (bean, black adder), but his movie performances (holiday, rat race) are lacking and generally weak. Pehaps its just his placement in the film (rat race), or perhaps his character role is not suited for a full length feature film (holiday), as it quickly gets long in tooth.

Don't get me wrong, I enjoy his various characters in short bursts, but his performance becomes weary and cumbersome after any significant length of time IMO.

I love Mr. Bean! Didn't the vacation movie only come out last year? I have only seen the first one but I really like Rowan Atkinson, very funny guy. I remember a few years back he contributed to Evo Magazine every once in a while. Saw pictures of him recently driving his McLaren F1.

 

Holy ****, it's been a long while since you've been around.

I always think of him taking the art class, and the tank driving over his Mini. Makes me laugh just thinking about it.

 

personally, I think Bean the Ultimate disaster movie (his first) was better than Mr Bean's Holiday. He needs to come back now

 

I liked him in Johny English. Satire of James Bond films.
